NB: Normally I create posts on this blog twice a month, the dates always corresponding to the first two Saturdays of the month. Since the first Saturday only falls on the first of the month one time in seven, I set the date range from the first day of the previous month to the first day of the current month, then make the chart.
This month, due to circumstances beyond my control, this post is actually being written two weeks after the date of the post. When I tried to set the end date for the chart to 1 May, I discovered an anomaly -- the end date can't be set back more than a week. What to do? I created the chart according to the new constraint and added the red line to mark the first day of May.
Also worth noting: In last month's post I wrote,
The Cointelegraph logo is missing from the upper right corner of the chart. Is this an error or intentional? We'll find out next month.
It's apparently intentional.
